PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a Public Offer Agreement (the “Agreement”) between the Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП) “Oleksandra Fenenko”, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) who accepts this public offer by paying for access to the online yoga course through the website https://blesssed.space (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is the Client’s payment for access to the digital product (yoga course).
1.3. By accepting this Agreement, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age or have legal consent from a parent or guardian.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Service Provider agrees to grant the Client access to a digital product — a 15-minute yoga course — for educational and informational use only.
2.2. The course includes video materials and may include access to a private online community.
2.3. All materials are delivered via the Website and require internet access.
3. ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
3.1. Orders are made through the Website by providing a valid email address and completing payment via the WayforPay payment system.
3.2. Access to the course is granted automatically upon successful payment.
3.3. All prices are indicated in the currency selected on the Website. The base transaction currency is UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia).
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Client agrees to:

Use the course solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

Not share, resell, or distribute course materials without written permission

Provide accurate and current contact information
The Service Provider agrees to:

Provide access to the course upon successful payment

Offer technical support for access issues via the contact email

Issue a digital invoice upon request from the Client
5. PRICE AND REFUND POLICY
5.1. The cost of the course is indicated on the Website.
5.2. Due to the digital nature of the product and instant access, all sales are final.
5.3. Refunds are not provided unless the Client is unable to access the course due to a technical error caused by the Service Provider.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

Any physical injuries or damages arising from the use of the course

Internet connection problems on the Client’s side

The Client’s failure to follow the course responsibly
6.2. The course is not a substitute for medical advice and is used at the Client’s own risk.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All content, materials, and trademarks on the Website are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
7.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including war, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
9.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon the Client’s acceptance (payment) and remains in force for the duration of access to the digital product.
9.2. Access may be revoked if the Client violates the terms of use or abuses the platform.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes are settled by the competent court in accordance with Ukrainian law.
10.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by updating the version published on the Website.
