Day 15

you’ve completed the course
which is just the beginning
keep showing up on the mat every morning

theory

The brain loves to win. Once you start something, it wants to finish it.

Well — you did it. You’ve just finished the foundational course.
You’ve nailed the key postures.
And you’ve built the base for a consistent daily practice.

So, what now?

Each morning, take 15 minutes on the mat.
Ideally within the first 30 minutes after waking up.
Let your breath set the rhythm — let your body follow.
Start simple. Build up gradually.
You’re your own coach now.

How do you know yoga’s become a habit?

If you start feeling a bit bored — great. That means it’s becoming part of your life.
If it feels easy — even better. Your body’s adapting. The practice is doing its job.
Real results come from consistency, not from fireworks.

Want to take it deeper?

With every round, fine-tune your postures — go a little deeper, a little steadier, a little more precise.
Stay present with every movement — awareness amplifies results.
Hold the tough poses for five slow breaths.
If you’re ready to level up, reach out to a mentor for tailored tweaks.

A few golden rules:

Perfection doesn’t exist. Consistency is the real ideal.
Tiny steps lead to big shifts.
If you’re not smiling — something’s off.

Music?

Try apps like Calm or Innertune, or stick with a favourite playlist.
Music can anchor your practice — a subtle cue that it’s time to move.

Tracking change:

Notice how you feel before and after practice.
Check in weekly. Reflect. Adjust.

Why no Shavasana?

Because how you finish is personal. A moment of silence. A mantra. Gratitude. A quiet intention.
That last breath — that’s a conversation just between you and you.
